Joe provides real estate brokerage and advisory services for retail petroleum properties, car wash facilities and other businesses. He represents both buyers and sellers in brokerage transactions. Advisory services include financing alternatives, feasibility studies, evaluating issues, addressing concerns and providing support to clients.
Prior to work in real estate brokerage, Joe purchased properties where he developed, owned, operated and eventually sold large Chevron gas stations (with car washes and food marts).
Joe has more than 20 years of senior level experience in the petroleum industry, including seven years in marketing, management and finance for Mobil Oil Corporation in New York City, Madrid, London, Fairfax and Phoenix offices. He was also an engineer for Shell Oil Company in Texas, where he still holds a Professional Engineer’s license.
Joe graduated from of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration and is fluent in Spanish. He has three adult sons and lives in Scottsdale, Arizona.
